JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Care Officer will join our front-desk team in the Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible to assist customers with any issues in the most efficient way possible, either by offering assistance through incoming calls, electronically, or through personal interaction with walk-in customers. Customer care assistance must be provided professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phone calls, email, social media messages
- Assist walk-in clients
- Schedule appointments for technicians
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluency in Maltese and English in both verbal and written communication is a must
- Computer literacy
- Customer-oriented
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Attentiveness to detail
- A can-do attitude
- Friendly personality
Nice to HAVE
- Experience in a customer care environment, although on-the-job training will be provided.
