JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Stock Control Clerk to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking stock movements, ensuring proper stock locations, and assists with stocktakes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures that the outlets’ inventory levels are sufficient.
  • Forecasts supply and demand to prevent overstocking and outlets running out of stock.
  • Follows up on pending client orders.
  • Perform regular stock audits and physical counts.
  • Carry out random physical checks.
  • Issue stock-related reports for management.
  • Report and discrepancies or damaged goods to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal departments to resolve delivery or stock issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1-2 years of experience in a stock control or inventory management role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit to be able to lift and move stock as required.
  • Fluency in Maltese and English.
  • Valid Drivers License
