Delivery, Lifting & Installation Guide

Before Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Check access to your home (stairs, doors, corridors, etc.).
  • Please make sure there is enough space for the product, allowing an extra 15–20cm for packaging.
  • If access is limited, a lifter may be required.
  • A lifter is especially recommended if more than two large items are being delivered above the second floor.                         

Lifting Charges

Items between 25kg–80kg & TVs up to 65”

  • Up to 50 steps: Up to 2 items free
  • More than 50 steps: €10 per extra 25 steps
  • 3 or more items: €10 per 25 steps per item

Items over 80kg

  • (2m tall and 70cm+ wide refrigerators, washing machines up to 15kg drum load, TVs up to 76”)
  • Up to 30 steps: Free
  • More than 30 steps: €10 per extra 25 steps

Very Large Items

  • (American-style fridge freezers, washing machines over 16kg drum load, TVs over 77”)
  • Up to 5 steps: Free
  • 6–10 steps: €20
  • 11–20 steps: €40

Old Appliance Collection

  • We can collect your old appliance for €10, as long as it is similar to the new one.

Built-in appliances must be already removed from furniture before collection.

Installation Service

General

  • All items will be unpacked and checked with you to ensure they are in good condition. A delivery note must be signed upon completion Upon signature, Top Choice shall not be held liable for any damages identified after delivery has been completed.

Appliances

  • We can install up to 2 kitchen appliances per delivery.
  • Please ensure power, water, and drainage connections are ready before delivery.
  • Built-in appliances will be placed in position but not fixed into furniture.
  • Any modifications like changing door direction or extending cables) must be arranged in advance. Modifications after delivery at €40 charge.
  • Washing machines will be installed. If you prefer not to install, we will still remove the transport bolts.

Televisions

  • Your TV will be unboxed and switched on.
  • Basic connections (power, HDMI, and internet) will be completed where possible. Please note that setup of streaming services and account configuration (e.g., Netflix, Google accounts) is not included
  • TVs up to 43” can be mounted on your existing wall bracket if you provide the correct screws.
  • For TVs over 44”, an appointment with the service department must be booked at €40 charge.
  • Installation of new brackets must be booked with the service department. The following charges applies:
  • Up to 60”: €50.00
  • 61–75”: €85.00
  • 76” and over: €100.00
