Appliances Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliances Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. The technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient repairs, and maintaining a high level of safety and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently schedule appointments with clients efficiently.
Perform on-site fault finding and repairs of appliances.
Request and manage parts accurately and in a timely manner.
Replace defective parts and components.
Install new appliances following safety and operational guidelines.
Utilize service information effectively to troubleshoot and repair appliances.
Work independently and with minimum supervision.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Communication skills – to interact with customers and colleagues.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese.

Nice to HAVE

Previous work experience
Knowledge of appliances
