The Cleaner will be responsible for keeping the shop, equipment and staff facilities clean, tidy, and hygienic and assisting the store team when required.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean shop floors, entrances, displays, counters, shelves, windows and glass doors.
Clean equipment and maintain a clean working environment.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of toilets, staff areas and kitchen facilities.
Empty bins and dispose of rubbish, packaging and other waste responsibly.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of assigned areas.
Carry out deep cleaning and other occasional cleaning duties as required.
Replenish soap, toilet paper and other hygiene supplies.
Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely.
Keep walkways and storage areas tidy and free from obstructions.
Assist the store team with moving heavy items, using suitable equipment and team assistance.
Maintain consistent cleaning standards while minimising disruption to customers and staff.
