JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to recruit a technical installer to join our Service Department located in Haz-Zebbug, Malta. The ideal candidate that we are looking for must be a team player yet, a self-driven individual who has a passion for customer service. The main core duty is to install consumer electronics and home appliances on delivery sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installing and connecting home appliances and consumer electronics to electricity and water supplies.
  • Commissioning and demonstration of home appliances and consumer electronics.
  • Punctuality in assigned jobs.
  • Fault identification of malfunctioning products.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Valid Driving License B.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other team members and to attend to customer requests.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Preference will be given to fluent speakers and writers in Maltese and English.
  • Providing clients with a high level of customer service
  • Ability to use and handle basic hand tools.
  • Ability to use steps and ladders.
  • Flexible and responsive to challenges.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Nice to HAVE

  • General knowledge about consumer electronics and home appliances. Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, audio/video connection. Training will be provided.
  • Work experience in a related field
