Dual Tank Technology

The Dual Tank Technology in the Ariston Velis Pro water heaters offers several benefits, particularly in terms of efficiency, capacity and performance. Having a two-tank system, the cold water that goes into the water heater does not get immediately mixed with the hot water present in the tank, as the hot water will be in the second tank from where the water goes out. Thanks to this system, more hot water will be available, and energy efficiency will be improved.

Designed by Umberto Palermo and manufactured in Italy with the highest quality materials, Ariston’s new Velis Pro range is always ready to deliver more hot water efficiently and quickly than standard water heaters of the same capacity. With the new Boost function, the Velis Pro provides maximum hot showers on demand by quickly heating a full tank to 80°C.

Dual Tank Technology
The innovative internal structure with two thermally independent tanks allows better mixing of hot and cold water. This structure offers flexibility in heating cycles, reduction in waiting times, and a flat size of only 27cm depth of the water heater.

Strong protection against corrosion
The inner tanks of the Ariston Velis EVO range are coated using titanium enamel. The innovative TitanShield is a new double-action technology by Ariston to ensure total protection against corrosion.

Multi-Position Installation

The Velis Pro water heater allows for installation in a vertical or horizontal position. If the user opts for a horizontal position, the electricity and water connections must be on the left-hand side.

User Friendly Control Panel

Ariston is committed to delivering more comfort, therefore the Ariston Velis Pro range is characterized by a user-friendly control panel using the latest technology. Using the soft-touch buttons on the control panel, the user can conveniently select the precise temperature setting: 40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, or 80°C.

Shower Ready Function
The “shower ready” icon on the control panel lights up when enough hot water for at least one shower is prepared. The quantity of hot water is determined by internal parameters and varies per model.

ECO EVO Function

Thanks to the last generation of auto-learning software ECO EVO powered by CoreTech – The new Ariston advanced electronic thermostat, the water heater autonomously manages the water temperature by recording the users’ consumption habits in terms of water usage and timing. In this way, the Velis Pro guarantees Maximum Energy Saving with no compromise on comfort. Saves up to 15% on energy consumption!

Safety & Total Hygiene System

The water heaters in Ariston’s Velis series have passed all the safety tests required to be fully compliant with the CE directives. The copper heating element helps to increase the hygiene and purity of the heated water.

Anti-Bacteria/Legionella (Thermal Disinfection Cycle)
The anti-legionella function is activated by default. It consists of a heating/maintenance cycle of the water at 60°C for 1hr to carry out thermal disinfection against the relevant bacteria. If the water heater always works at a temperature below 55°C, the cycle is repeated after 30 days. When the water heater is turned off, the anti-legionella function is not active.
Legionella is a dangerous bacterium that is found naturally in fresh water. Legionnaire’s disease is a serious pulmonary infection caused by inhalation of the Legionella pneumophilia bacterium and other species of Legionella.

Auto Diagnostic System
If a fault occurs, the water heater goes into a fault status and all the LEDs on the control panel will flash simultaneously. This means that the water heater requires our assistance.

Anti-Freezing Function
The anti-freeze function automatically protects the water heater to avoid damages caused by very low temperatures below 5°C, in the event the product is turned off (if plugged in). Once the function is activated, the water heater will switch off again after the water reaches a safer temperature.

Dry-Heating Auto Diagnosis
The water heater will automatically disconnect from the electricity network if there is a lack of water in the tank. This prevents the heating cycle from starting and damages the water heater.
