The secret to longer-lasting freshness is reduced oxygen levels. Hitachi’s original vacuum preservation extracts air to maintain approx. 0.8 atm (atmospheric pressure). The meat, fish and dairy products are kept fresh and nutritious, and ready to cook without defrosting.

Dual Fan Cooling

The Dual Fan Cooling mechanism in the system employs a pair of distinct fans. This design facilitates rapid and effective movement of chilled air. In the refrigerator, each section benefits from its own dedicated cooling fan. This approach allows cold air to be distributed solely to the maintenance compartment, solely to the freezer, or to both sections simultaneously, depending on the prevailing conditions.

Inverter Compressor

Depending on the conditions inside the refrigerator and in the external environment, the Inverter compressor adjusts the intensity of cooling at an appropriate level for optimum cooling at all times.

Flexible Storage

You can personalize mode configurations according to your storage and lifestyle preferences through the Selectable Zone function. By choosing a specific zone, you have the option to adjust temperatures across four distinct modes: Beverages & Edibles – Refrigerator at 3 degrees Celsius, Dairy & Meat – Cool/Meat at 1 degree Celsius, Meat & Fish – Gentle Freezing at -3 degrees Celsius, and Ice Cream & Frozen Items – Freezer at -18 to -20 degrees Celsius.
