WiFi Connectivity

Ariston Lydos Wi-Fi allows you to connect your water heater to the Ariston NET app, giving you remote control and real-time monitoring directly from your smartphone. The app is available to download for free from the Google Play Store and Apple Store

Strong protection against corrosion
The inner tank of the Ariston Lydos range is coated using titanium enamel. The innovative TitanShield is a new double-action technology by Ariston to ensure total protection against corrosion.

Water Plus Technology

The ground-breaking patented Water Plus technology keeps the incoming cold water at the bottom of the tank, thus reducing the mix of cold and stored hot water. This allows up to 16% more hot water available, to let you enjoy the comfort of an extra hot shower anytime you want.

User Friendly Control Panel

Ariston is committed to delivering more comfort, therefore the Ariston Lydos WiFi range is characterized by a user-friendly control panel using the latest technology. Using the soft-touch buttons on the control panel, the user can conveniently select the precise temperature setting: 40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, or 80°C. The temperature level is set by pressing the “SET” button. After 3 seconds without any action, the set point will be confirmed and stored.

ECO EVO Function

Thanks to the last generation of auto-learning software ECO EVO powered by CoreTech – The new Ariston advanced electronic thermostat, the water heater autonomously manages the water temperature by recording the users’ consumption habits in terms of water usage and timing. In this way, the Lydos WiFi guarantees Maximum Energy Saving with no compromise on comfort. Saves up to 15% on energy consumption! The ECO Function is activated by pressing the “SET” button until the ECO LED light is on.

Weekly Program Function

Weekly Program Function
The weekly program function can only be activated through the App. The user is able to set two different setpoint temperatures at two different times for each day of the week. The product will calculate the heating speed and based on the water temperature, it calculates the best moment to start heating in order to reach the set temperature at the desired time.

Safety & Total Hygiene

The water heaters in Ariston’s Lydos Eco series have passed all the safety tests required to be fully compliant with the CE directives. The copper heating element helps to increase the hygiene and purity of the heated water.

Anti-Bacteria/Legionella (Thermal Disinfection Cycle)
The anti-legionella function is activated by default. It consists of a heating/maintenance cycle of the water at 60°C for 1hr to carry out thermal disinfection against the relevant bacteria. If the water heater always works at a temperature below 55°C, the cycle is repeated after 30 days. When the water heater is turned off, the anti-legionella function is not active.
Legionella is a bacteria that is found naturally in fresh water. Legionnaire’s disease is a serious pulmonary infection caused by inhalation of the Legionella pneumophilia bacterium and other species of Legionella.

Auto Diagnostic System
If a fault occurs, the water heater goes into a fault status and all the LEDs on the control panel will flash simultaneously. This means that the water heater requires our assistance.

Anti-Freezing Function
The anti-freeze function automatically protects the water heater to avoid damages caused by very low temperatures below 5°C, in the event the product is turned off (if plugged in). Once the function is activated, the water heater will switch off again after the water reaches a safer temperature.

Dry-Heating Auto Diagnosis
The water heater will automatically disconnect from the electricity network if there is a lack of water in the tank. This prevents the heating cycle from starting and damages the water heater.
